Peter Parker - "Starting as a club VJ and working closely with party promoters I began working with video projectors and the Philadelphia club scene during the summer of 2005. Since then, I have had the privilege of doing live video performancess at Alex Grey's CoSM, Burning Man, The Philadelphia Experiment, Orb Festival, X in DC, Archedream for Humankind and The Gaian Mind Summer Festival. Also constructing permanent video installation at bars and restaurants in Philadelphia and New York City.
Performing visuals live is an art to me. It represents our tech-culture's infant steps towards our destined future of real-time media production and virtual reality. When done creatively, video projections, as an accompaniment to live or DJ music, can deliver a transcendental experience that can bring an audience to a new level of perceiving reality ... virtual reality."
